A few months ago I started planning out this session. I even did a little survey among my clients to see which backdrop they would prefer for their Spring Minis. This one was a clear winner! I ordered the backdrop, ordered the flooring and thought about what else I needed. Went and grabbed tons of flowers and flower arrangements, vases and other small cute items that I could place in the background. I saw this amazing bench online and contacted the man behind the scenes and he made me my very own beautiful bench just for this set up. Everything was thought out and set up perfectly. We did a model shot so we could advertise the sessions and they sold out fairly quickly. I was sooo very excited about these, as it was the first time I was offering Spring minis in the studio. I was waiting for the bench to arrive and was hoping it would come in time and at that time thought that was my biggest issue! But then came the corona virus! It snuck up on us, and even though we weren’t mandated to be closed yet, people started to be more cautious and aware. The big weekend came and we received so many last minute cancelations! My heart was sad, but I understood. This took months of planning and quite a big investment and little did I know that that was just the beginning of it it all! I am so glad these little guys were able to come out and we were able to capture those adorable moments for them. So so glad. I actually left the setup up for weeks after the mini sessions were done, just because I could not get myself to take it down. Well, the good news is, we now have an amazing setup for Spring 2021! So here it is my last sessions before the studio was forced to be shut down. It is bitter sweet to look back at them, it makes me so happy to see them and also so sad because so many more sweet faces should be among these. However, keeping everyone safe is always my first priority! So let’s lean back and soak in all the cuteness! Because let’s face it, nothing better than cute kids and (fake) chicks!
